| Expert Witness
Following a career of more than 30 years in banking, residential and commercial mortgage lending and consumer finance Adrian F Bloomfield has a long and wide experience of acting as an expert witness. From the start of the 1990's he has been instructed on more than 200 cases. Adrian has been recommended and engaged by trade bodies and associations, insurers, leading counsels, major law firms and lending institutions.
His extensive case experience has included acting for claimants and defendants, (borrowers and lenders) and acting as a single joint expert, dealing with issues such as:
- contributory negligence
- unfair relationships
- breaches of contract
- indemnity and warranty disputes
- bank mandates, and credit references
- giving best advice
- matters of fraud and deception
Adrian Bloomfield has considerable experience of appearing in Court, giving evidence and being cross-examined. As well as civil matters he has also accepted instructions in criminal cases - involving matters of banking and mortgage fraud.
